Another will of the owner of such lenses is a valid remedy to the risk of cushion or barrel distortions also holding the lens in good parallelism than the subject
and this AFS seems to be really more effective than the previous AFD
(Look at the radiator and to the frame)

but in my opinion, to correct this parameter, also contributes a small difference in effective focusing lenght of the new AFS (there might already be noticed in previous images) that would appear to be more a 21mm than a 20mm
